Scope of Application

This digital accessibility statement applies to the website sodigi.io, operated by Maksim Pashkovskij.

Accessibility is a design goal I strive for in building this website. As a private commercial offering, it is not legally required to conform to BITV 2.0 or BFSG. I nonetheless voluntarily use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as a guiding framework.

Accessibility Status

This website is partially accessible. The following measures have already been implemented:

• Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements can be reached via keyboard.
• Skip-to-content Link: Allows users to jump directly to the main content.
• Semantic HTML: The page uses correct HTML5 elements (header, nav, main, footer, section).
• Language Markup: The page language (lang attribute) is set correctly for each language version (de, en, ru, uk).
• Reduced Motion: Animations are automatically disabled if the OS setting prefers-reduced-motion is active.
• Alt Text: Images have descriptive alternative text.
• ARIA Attributes: Navigation menus and interactive elements use ARIA labels and roles.
• Focus Styles: Interactive elements show a visible outline when focused via keyboard.
• Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed with sufficient contrast in mind.

Known Limitations

• Some decorative animations may not be fully hidden from older screen readers.
• Mobile navigation can still be improved for certain assistive technologies.
• External embedded content (e.g., Calendly appointment booking) is subject to the accessibility measures of the respective third-party providers.
