3. Hosting and Data Transfer
I use external hosts to operate my online presence. Personal data (e.g., IP addresses, meta and communication data) collected when visiting these pages is stored on the hosts' servers.
The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure, fast, and professional provision of my services.

Data Processing Agreement: I have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This is a contract required by data protection law that ensures that the provider only processes the personal data of my website visitors in accordance with my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
This website is static and does not set any cookies, use tracking, or analytics tools itself. Fonts are delivered locally (no external font service). External links (e.g., to Stripe for donations) are only accessed when actively clicked.
Data Transfer to Third Countries (USA): Some of the service providers used (e.g., Solo.to, Notion, Calendly) are based in the USA. Data transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), provided the providers are certified accordingly. Alternatively, the transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission (pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
4. Collection of General Data (Server Log Files)
Each time you access my pages, the hosts automatically collect data transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files). These typically include:
- IP address (usually anonymized)

- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Date and time of the server request
This data is not merged with other data sources and serves to ensure error-free operation and security of the site. IP addresses are usually deleted or anonymized after 7 to a maximum of 14 days so that an assignment to a person is no longer possible.

If you contact me via e-mail, phone, or messenger services (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), or social networks (e.g., TikTok message), your details (name, e-mail, phone number, content of the request) will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (for the initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in answering your request).
6. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies may be set on my link page solo.to/sodigi, which are required for the operation of the platform. Beyond that, no cookies are used for analytics or marketing purposes. 7. Online Presence in Social Media
I maintain the online presences mentioned above (in point 2) within social networks to provide information about my services and to communicate with users.
I point out that when you visit these platforms, your data may be processed by the respective operators (e.g., for advertising and market research purposes). As far as I decide on the purposes and means of processing jointly with the respective network operator (e.g., Facebook and Instagram insights), there is Joint Controllership according to Art. 26 GDPR. The corresponding agreements (e.g., the Page Controller Addendum with Meta) regulate the distribution of data protection obligations. However, primary responsibility for information obligations and data subject rights (e.g., deletion, access) usually lies with the platform operator. Nevertheless, you can assert your rights against any of the joint controllers.

Stripe is a US-based provider and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
11. Web Analytics (Plausible Analytics) – when enabled
Where a web analytics service is enabled on this website, Plausible Analytics is used. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not collect or store any personal data.
Specifically:
- No cookies are stored on your device.
- IP addresses are never stored (only the country is derived from the IP, which is then immediately discarded).
- No cross-site tracking takes place.
- All data is processed exclusively within the EU (server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany).
- No data is shared with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous reach measurement to improve the offering). Because no personal data is processed, no cookie consent banner is required.
